A global leader in industrial manufacturing is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning across locations in Canada. The role requires strategic and hands-on HR support with responsibilities including managing recruitment cycles, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
