Elevate service projects as a dedicated Project Administrator. Oversee contract setups, internal processes, and ensure adherence to service goals while collaborating with diverse teams in a hybrid work workplace.
This role requires strong organizational skills and responsibility for executing service contracts. You will facilitate contract documentation, job costing, and manage relationships with Service Managers and support staff to ensure timely project completion. Proactivity and effective communication are critical as you navigate tight deadlines and high-paced tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and set up service contracts and parameters
• Measure internal service processes and compliance
• Validate costs and reconcile service contract data




• Coordinate with teams to address billing discrepancies
• Participate in lean improvement activities
Requirements:
• One-year college certificate or equivalent experience
• 3+ years related experience in project administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• HVAC Systems knowledge is a plus
Excel in managing service contracts, ensuring timely execution, and driving operational success across various projects.
