You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and manage long-term financial strategies, performance analysis, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Collaboration with audit and tax functions will play a significant part in your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct financial planning and structure for operations • Coordinate financial performance reports to executive management • Conduct analysis for internal and external financial use • Maintain accounting policies and compliance practices • Select and mentor high-performance financial staff
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, MBA preferred • Over 10 years of related corporate finance experience • CPA and/or CFA highly desired • At least five years of management experience • Proven analytical skills and proficiency in financial systems
