In this role, you will ensure optimal scheduling for field staff including service, duct cleaning, and plumbing teams. Responsibilities encompass managing daily requests, handling customer escalations, and reconciling service transactions. Effective communication with technicians and insights into customer service plans are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize daily technician schedules
• Manage chargeable calls and customer escalations
• Reconcile service transaction records
• Update system records and prepare reports
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education; post-secondary is an asset
• Proficient in ClickSchedule, GERS, Clarify, and MS Office
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Capable of financial analysis for variances
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
