In this vital role, you will contribute to fostering a secure workplace by performing site-specific orientations and conducting regular inspections. As a key member of the health and safety team, you'll organize documentation, track worker training, and address safety concerns promptly. Your communication skills will be essential in collaborating with trades and supervisors to promote safe practices across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety orientations for new workers and visitors
• Perform site inspections and audits for hazard identification




• Organize and maintain safety-related documentation
• Assist in incident investigations and follow-up actions
• Promote and model safe work practices
Requirements:
• Health and safety designation (in progress/completed)
• Knowledge of OH&S; legislation and regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physically able to navigate large sites safely
