Seeking a Proposal Specialist to enhance client engagement through impactful proposals. Collaborate across teams to manage the entire proposal lifecycle from RFP to final submission.
In this 20-month contract role, you will engage with Business Development, Estimating, and Operations to ensure proposals are compliant and compelling. You will oversee quality checks, manage deadlines, and facilitate proposal reviews while adhering to branding and writing standards. Your contributions will shape how we connect with clients and ensure timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire proposal lifecycle from RFP intake to submission
• Translate RFP requirements into actionable content for contributors
• Develop schedules, outlines,



and compliance matrices
• Coordinate with cross-functional subject matter experts
• Oversee document control and maintain proposal libraries
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of proposal writing experience
• Degree in a relevant field preferred
• Solid business writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
