From Woodstock, Ontario to destinations across Canada, the USA, and Mexico, DFS Projects delivers specialized transportation solutions (Heavy Haul & Oversize Loads) for our clients’ most complex shipments. We are currently looking for a creative and organized individual who is eager for the opportunity to help us level up our online presence and assist with administrative tasks in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and overseeing a schedule for regular social media content to be posted to the company’s Instagram and Facebook accounts
- Capturing images and videos to be used in social media posts
- Editing and posting social media content
- Checking social media notifications and inboxes; responding to messages and comments appropriately as needed
- Basic lead generation (e-newsletters/eblasts)
- Promptly responding to emails from potential leads
- Assisting DFS Projects’ President with scheduling meetings, booking flights, etc.
- Filing, photocopying, and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail (organizational skills)
- Thorough and practical knowledge of Meta social media platforms
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in a marketing or media related field is an asset but not mandatory
- Full time availability (Mon-Fri) and able to work on-site minimum 3 days per week
