In this full-time role, you will oversee the terminal operations, ensuring team empowerment and the fulfillment of stakeholder expectations. Your leadership will be critical in developing KPIs that enhance safety, quality, and service. Work collaboratively with other Operations departments to ensure smooth, on-time service across terminals and manage competing priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Empower and lead teams towards organizational goals
• Develop KPIs to enhance service and safety
• Conduct safety blitzes to improve safety outcomes
• Collaborate with other terminals for seamless operations
• Manage customer shipments to optimize profitability
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of team leadership experience
• Strong background in transportation or operations
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AS400
• Commitment to workplace safety and culture
