Curious Campervans is a founder-led e-commerce and van conversion business serving customers across Canada and the US. After 7+ years of consistent growth, we’re ready for our next phase — and we’re looking for a high-pace, hands-on operator to help lead it.

This is a senior leadership role with real ownership, autonomy, and upside.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations across our warehouse, and customer experience, allowing the founder to focus on growth, partnerships, and new product development.

If you’re currently leading operations at a growing e-commerce business and want more impact, authority, and upside then this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

1. Lead and manage warehouse and operations staff through regular 1:1s, coaching, and accountability
2. Run daily operations across fulfillment, builds, and walk-in customers
3. Own customer experience across phone, email, chat, and in-person
4. Resolve escalations quickly while protecting margins
5. Build and document scalable processes and SOPs
6. Develop deep technical knowledge of van conversion products and systems
7. Improve efficiency, accuracy, and delivery timelines
8. Partner closely with the founder on growth initiatives

Compensation & Upside

1. $100,000 base salary
2. Significant performance bonus available
3. Equity / long-term upside opportunities for the right candidate
4. Relocation support considered

Work Environment

1. Primarily in-person leadership in Penticton, BC
2. Some flexibility and remote work when appropriate
3. Occasional travel
