In this pivotal role, you will ensure that manufacturing processes consistently comply with quality standards and operate optimally. Your responsibilities include performing risk assessments, developing process capability analysis, and driving continuous improvement through proven methodologies. Collaboration with production teams will be a key element of this role.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop manufacturing processes to meet design specifications • Conduct PFMEA to identify and mitigate risks • Oversee performance monitoring using statistical methods • Provide technical support for production efficiency • Document work processes and manufacturing protocols

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting • Six Sigma certification is essential • Proficiency in MSA and statistical analysis software • Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies
