As a Regulatory Compliance Manager in a pivotal role, you will ensure adherence to banking regulations and provide essential support for the organization’s compliance culture. With a focus on FATCA, Anti-Competition, and other corporate governance risks, you'll monitor regulatory changes while collaborating with business units. Your expertise will guide the execution of compliance programs and training initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Monitor and assess regulatory compliance threats • Oversee the execution of compliance policies and procedures • Lead gap assessments and regulatory change management • Provide mentorship on complex compliance issues • Develop and deliver compliance training programs

Requirements: • 7-9 years in regulatory compliance risk management • Bachelor's degree in business or risk management preferred • Experience with GRC tools and risk assessments • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Excellent communication and presentation skills
