This is not a typical Construction Manager role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow beyond managing projects and step into a leadership position overseeing operations across a quick-growing real estate development company. If you take ownership, solve problems without being told, and want to play a key role in scaling a company, keep reading. You will lead construction across multiple multi-family projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard. This role is designed to evolve into a broader operations leadership position, where you will help build systems, manage teams, and drive execution across the business.
