Lead as a Chief Executive Officer focused on driving community development and honoring Indigenous governance principles. This executive role requires strategic foresight, financial acumen, and dedication to First Nations' success.

You will play a crucial role in managing operations and securing funding for community initiatives, including affordable housing projects. Your collaboration with the Board will ensure navigational strategies align with memberships' needs and priorities, driving overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide strategic leadership across all organizational aspects • Implement effective operational strategies and plans • Oversee compliance and operational efficiency • Advise on governance and funding strategies • Manage community programs effectively

Requirements: • 5–10 years of experience in senior leadership roles • Relevant degree in Management, Business, or similar; MBA is preferred • Robust understanding of First Nation cultures and governance • Proven background in financial management and governance • Valid driver's license with travel requirements
