EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Temporary Part time (32 hours bi-weekly, all shifts)

WAGE RANGE: $36.73/hr to start (this 2025 hourly rate includes 14% in lieu of benefits and the PSW Wage Enhancement)

WHAT WE OFFER:

MAIN DUTIES:
Under the supervision of a registered staff, provides activities and support resident to meet basic emotional, social, and physical care needs. Possesses the ability and the passion to support person centred care and change the culture of aging in long term care. Performs all duties in accordance to the organization’s mission, vision, and value statements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful completion of a Personal Support Worker course conducted by a Community College or other recognized institute of learning.
- Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions.
- Working knowledge of computer software for documentation and communication.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to all 3 sites.
