This is a senior leadership role with significant responsibility for the brokerage’s regulatory and business success. Role Description: This is a full time role for a Broker of Record for RD&Co; Realty Inc, Brokerage. The Broker of Record will oversee all licensed real estate professionals within the brokerage, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. They will mentor and support agents, manage contracts and transactions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal requirements. Additionally, the Broker of Record will be responsible for recruiting new agents, developing and implementing training programs, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience in real estate transactions, contract management, and compliance Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in market analysis, sales techniques, and customer service Ability to stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements
