Key Responsibilities:
• Drive reliability improvements for enhanced MTBF results
• Supervise Predictive Maintenance Supervisor and technicians
• Troubleshoot and develop corrective action plans
• Update maintenance systems and condition reports
• Participate in maintenance meetings to improve KPIs
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cement or heavy industry
• Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, and related software
• Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience engaging with contractors and vendors
