Step into a leadership role where your talent acquisition expertise shapes how top talent is placed and welcomed. As Senior HR Consultant, you'll be a strategic influencer, fostering positive, action-oriented relationships with stakeholders. You'll lead the development of an inclusive talent acquisition strategy, advance IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) in employment, and support key initiatives set by the Manager, Employee Service Center & Talent Acquisition.

This role leads Talent Acquisition as a Center of Excellence (COE) within the People & Organizational Culture department. You'll supervise Talent Specialists, oversee candidate placement, and support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new employees. You'll also report on performance using human capital metrics to drive continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

you will lead the development and execution of inclusive talent acquisition strategies, oversee full-cycle recruitment, and manage a team of Talent Specialists. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, support onboarding, and champion Talent Acquisition as a Center of Excellence.
