Contribute as an Electrical Engineering Technician in an in office automotive manufacturing setting. Engage in the design, testing, and maintenance of power equipment while ensuring optimal performance of electronic systems.
In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining equipment through hands-on tasks. You are expected to read and interpret blueprints, assist in testing and troubleshooting systems, and ensure compliance with strict operational standards. This position demands a solid foundation in CAD software, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as experience with robotic equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop power equipment and systems • Install and maintain electronic systems • Interpret blueprints to determine work tasks • Test and calibrate electronic equipment • Complete and document work orders and maintenance reports
Requirements: • 1-2 years of relevant experience • College/CEGEP education required • Proficient in CAD and MS Office tools • Familiar with PLC and robotic systems • Willingness to travel, including internationally
