Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clinical staff in implementing home care best practices
• Develop and deliver orientation and training programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active registration with Nurses Association of New Brunswick
• 5+ years EMP experience within the past 8 years
• Strong teaching, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean record
