Drive health and safety initiatives as a Field Safety Solutions Specialist. Focus on promoting safety excellence, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with regulations while working closely with field teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safety of field workers and aiding in the achievement of safety excellence across multiple sites. Collaboration is key as you work with superintendents, project managers, and foremen to align safety practices and provide coaching. Your expertise will guide the development of necessary safety documentation and compliance efforts for prime contractor obligations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Promote health and safety of field workers • Identify potential hazards and recommend solutions • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards • Collaborate with team leaders to enhance safety practices • Provide coaching on safety procedures and documentation

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field • National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification required • 5+ years in construction safety experience • Knowledge of OH&S; regulations and compliance • Experience developing safety documentation and coaching staff
