Transform customer operations as a Customer Reliability Engineer. Employ your engineering background to troubleshoot, analyze, and recommend enhancements to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for engaging directly with clients to support their reliability needs and manage the operational performance of mechanical seals. This role includes analyzing performance metrics, providing technical solutions, and preparing detailed reports for both internal teams and customers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot application and performance issues for mechanical seals • Direct and oversee equipment installations and evaluations • Analyze performance data and submit actionable recommendations • Conduct training sessions for customer personnel • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required • 2-5 years' reliability experience with rotating equipment • Qualified engineering certification needed • Excellent oral and written communication abilities • Must hold a valid driver’s license
