This position requires collaborating closely with the Finance Department and legal teams to maintain accurate client and matter records. You will oversee the integrity of financial data within the firm’s ERP system and assist with compliance-related audits. Your proactive approach will contribute significantly to an organized and effective data management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and verify financial records for clients
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients and matters
• Collaborate with billing teams to address financial discrepancies
• Audit data and ensure compliance with policies
• Produce accurate client financial reports
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial data management
• Required experience with large ERP systems
• Understanding of accounting and e-billing processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI preferred
• Relevant degree or certification considered an asset
