Key Responsibilities:

• Implement process enhancements within Customer Care
• Maintain up-to-date Customer Care documentation
Requirements:
• 3–5 years customer service experience
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide clear UI/UX feedback
• Passion for responsible financial products
