Enhance customer experience as a Customer Care Specialist. Provide support via chat and email, troubleshoot inquiries, and educate customers on products while working fully remote.
The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and troubleshooting. You'll serve as the initial contact for sensitive issues, collaborating with finance and product teams to influence improvements and new features. Additionally, you’ll assist in refining processes and maintaining documentation in the knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver customer support via in-app chat and email
• Troubleshoot inquiries and escalate sensitive issues
• Collaborate with product teams for insights and improvements
• Implement process enhancements within Customer Care
• Maintain up-to-date Customer Care documentation
Requirements:
• 3–5 years customer service experience
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide clear UI/UX feedback
• Passion for responsible financial products
Excel in enhancing user experiences and managing inquiries effectively from anywhere.
