Shape the future of employee development as an Organizational Learning and Development Lead. Design and implement strategies that enhance capability and engagement through targeted learning programs.

In this central role, you will oversee the deployment of training initiatives and organizational change management plans. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to assess learning needs and facilitate impactful workshops. You will help create a continuous learning culture that aligns with strategic and operational priorities to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design and implement enterprise learning and development programs • Oversee the functionality of the Learning Management System • Conduct assessments to identify organizational capability gaps • Develop comprehensive change management tools and plans • Drive workshops to ensure effective change adoption

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline • 5+ years leading corporate learning initiatives • Master’s degree preferred; certification in HR or training is a plus • Experience in complex change management • Robust analytical and communication abilities
