Support project execution in a agile construction environment as a Field Project Coordinator. Interface with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and documentation are managed effectively.
This position involves direct collaboration with the Project Manager and requires strong organizational skills. You will monitor project progress, facilitate meetings, manage project schedules, and control costs. Your role is construction site-based, on a shift schedule, providing the necessary support to complete assigned construction projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor project progress and generate status reports
• Track project milestones and assist with resource scheduling
• Schedule and facilitate meetings throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage formal project communications and inquiries
• Maintain project documentation, including plans and schedules
Requirements:
• Degree or certification in project management or related field
• 2 to 4 years administrative or coordinator experience
• Utility construction experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
