Your Role

An Inside Sales Representative is the face of the company. It is crucial to ensure exemplary service is delivered to sell products and services while maintaining GardaWorld’s image. You are part of a collaborative team that supports you, your ideas, and your success.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Confidently and professionally respond to customer telephone inquiries using the tools and resources provided
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Demonstrate exceptional problem‑solving skills
- Accurately enter data
- Make recommendations on improvements or changes that may benefit clients and increase efficiencies




- Know the products inside and out so that questions can be answered promptly and with confidence
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Willingly take on other projects and duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

- Computer literate
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well with a multigenerational and multi-level team
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, on‑call, and statutory holidays as required
