Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic direction and operational planning for WIL
• Develop industry engagement strategies for student success
• Manage relationships with corporate partners and alumni
• Oversee performance reviews and staff development initiatives
• Implement annual WIL planning and activity scheduling
Requirements:
• University degree with 5 years in higher education
• Minimum 10 years in leadership roles, particularly in WIL
• Solid understanding of corporate talent needs
• Experience in academic support units preferred
• Ability to build and foster relationships across all levels
