Responsibilities
- Tidy and face client's products on shelves and ensure authorized POS material is set up to help pet parents find what they need.
- Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
- Provide associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge including benefits and promotions to increase recommendations and sales (guided by the client and approved by store managers).
- Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events.
- Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
- Set up demos and displays as required.
- Maintain and leverage client‑provided material, such as equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents.
- Support recommendations driving special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple stores.
- Access to a smart device for reporting.
- Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).
- RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be 18 years or older.
