Our client, a respected leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to gain hands‑on experience, build strong product knowledge, and be mentored by a successful senior leader. You'll begin by managing a smaller territory, with a clear path to progress into a Senior Territory Manager role within 35 years.

What Youll Do

- Manage all sales activities within an assigned territory, including promotion, customer engagement, and planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, long‑term care facilities, and other healthcare providers
- Partner closely with an experienced Territory Manager to learn best practices and drive territory growth




- Identify new business opportunities and support recent product launches
- Maintain accurate sales activity, customer records, and forecasts
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as required

What We're Looking For

- 13 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized with effective territory planning abilities
- Self‑motivated, coachable, and committed to customer service
- Ability to travel within the territory (valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required)
