Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Yellowknife, NWT. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage project execution, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of marketing and communications campaigns. Responsibilities include maintaining client communication, identifying client needs, creating and managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay within budget while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

- Account Management and Client Relationship skills,



including a proven ability to maintain and build strong relationships with clients
- Project Management and Coordination skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables effectively
- Marketing and Branding expertise, with knowledge of strategies and practices in communications and social media
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients
- Attention to Detail and Organizational skills to ensure projects meet quality and deadline expectations
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as project management and marketing tools
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and cultural awareness, especially regarding Northern Canadian communities
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in communications, marketing, business, or related fields
