Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of automobile and property claims
• Implement Best Handling Practices for clients
• Maintain Service Level Agreements aligned with client needs
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs for financial performance
Requirements:
• University Degree or equivalent designation required
• 7+ years in Property & Casualty claims adjusting
• 5+ years of supervisory experience needed
• Fully licensed in Ontario or eligibility to obtain
• Robust negotiation and communication skills essential
