You'll ensure all payroll-related compliance aligns with corporate guidelines and Canadian regulations. A thorough understanding of pension fundamentals, tax regulations, and reporting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review bi-weekly and monthly payroll prior to approval
• Monitor tax changes impacting payroll calculations
• Advise on taxable advantages and deductions




• Manage local Payroll correspondence effectively
• Support year-end processing and reporting functions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• 5+ years of payroll experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Payroll/HRIS systems like ADP
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
