Elevate policy initiatives as a Senior Consultant in Planning and Performance. Lead strategic analysis, cross-government collaboration, and program evaluation to support women’s wellbeing goals.
This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in public policy and program evaluation. You will provide direction in developing programs that impact government partners and stakeholders while guiding performance evaluation related to the Status of Women Office’s initiatives. You will also oversee the monitoring, reporting, and implementation of essential outcomes for both the ministry and government.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and provide strategic analysis • Lead cross-government collaboration on women's initiatives • Develop data tracking methodologies and dashboards • Evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement areas • Coordinate annual reports for bilateral agreements
Requirements: • Degree in economics, business, or public policy • Expertise in economic and labour market analysis • Proven ability to translate data into policy recommendations • Experience in strategic planning and program evaluation • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
