We’re a tech-forward optometry and medical aesthetics clinic known for exceptional care, cutting-edge services, and a fun, collaborative team. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, helps them feel at ease, and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

- Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism.

- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings.

- Educate patients on our services and eyewear options.

- Support product sales and process insurance claims.

- Assist with clinic administration and patient coordination.

- Pitch in with creative tasks such as taking photos or videos for social media and marketing initiatives.

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

- Has experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing industry.

- Communicates clearly and loves connecting with people.





- Stays organized and calm in a busy environment.

- Enjoys working in a team and brings positive, approachable energy.

- Learns quickly and takes initiative.

- (Bonus!) Has experience in optometry, aesthetics, or a healthcare setting.

Schedule

- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
