Role Description

We are a concrete company that is busy year round that carries a heavy focus on their employees and reward accordingly . You are not just a number, you are a valuable asset to the company.

We have a wide variety of work sites, work and locations. We provide up to date/ industry leading tools, and machinery. Job site locations can vary from 1 day to 2-3 weeks or longer.

Priority goes to those with 2 or more years experience with construction experience and or concrete forming experience. We are willing to train the right people in demo, forming, placing and finishing to advance their position. We are looking for driven and hard working people. The job is physically demanding in all weather conditions.

(A drivers licence is 100 percent required for this job.) We provide transport, fuel, and tools to those that show great leadership and willing to grow and with the company. As well as flexibility and annual bonus for commitment. We have a wide variety of work sites, work and locations.





Job description: land prep (shovels, rakes and bobcat/hoe/ mini hoe/ mini skid steer,) compaction, hand tools, forming flat work, concrete cutting, walls, stairs and walkways, and placing concrete.

Will train on site and looking for people interested in the the trade and progressing into finishing or forming.

Starting wage will be adjusted accordingly - (We have openings for finishers/ and concrete forming- let us know if you have experience)

We provide full time hours in primarily residential work environments but also work in strata and commercial environments.

Please have reliable transport and a working cell phone, please do not apply if you do not have both of these. We provide transport/fuel as well as tools after a level of commitment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Formwork construction and associated tasks
- Experience equipment used in concrete construction
- Knowledge and practical experience in flatwork and the preparation of concrete surfaces
- Understanding of Ready Mix Concrete and its handling
- Carpentry skills relevant to concrete projects
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in concrete work or construction is preferred
- (bonus) Line pump operations
