Full-Time | Dealership | Automotive Technician

We are seeking a Senior Automotive Technician (Journeyman / Red Seal preferred) who takes pride in diagnostics, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance accurately
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete work orders efficiently with strong attention to quality and detail
- Perform inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear communication about repair work

Work Scope

- Primary focus on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR)
- Additional work on other makes and models as required

What We’re Looking For

- Journeyman Automotive Technician (Red Seal preferred)
- Minimum 3–5+ years experience
- CDJR experience strongly preferred though not mandatory
- Strong diagnostic ability (electrical & drivability an asset)
- Comfortable working on multiple vehicle types when needed
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and effectively
- Valid certification




- Dealership experience considered an asset
- Own tools required
- Maintains a positive, team-first attitude and is willing to help others when needed
- Valid driver’s license

Work Schedule & Compensation

- Full time Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays if required.
- Compensation is based on productivity and experience and will be discussed in the interview process.

Location

Based in Rocky Mountain House, with a reasonable commute from Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, and surrounding Central Alberta communities.
