The Opportunity Job classification: A5019 - Customer Service Representative # of positions: 3 Hourly rate: $20.87 Contract length: 6 months Deadline to apply: 4:00PM, April 22, 2026 The primary purpose of this role is to respond to student inquiries. Exceptional service is at the core of this role. As the first point of contact for SAIT, this individual will be accountable to provide consistent and reliable information.
The ability to remain calm and patient after many hours of serving students and the public will be required. The ability to communicate complex information to a diverse group of individuals will be essential. Conflict resolution will be a requirement of success in this role.
This individual is a generalist, providing a broad range of general information for prospective and current students and assisting with basic registrar office transactions including course registrations, adding, dropping and withdrawing courses as well as programs for students. They support students with admissions questions and basic troubleshooting.
