SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $64 ,000 +

- Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant .

B ONUS : Bonus at Target $9600

- Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees

VACANCY TYPE: This posting reflects a vacant position.

LOCATION: Calgary Office, 5 days/week in office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute events (on- and off-premise)
- Manage Brand Ambassador program
- Develop and execute partnerships & brand collaborations
- Own social media strategy, content creation & execution
- Coordinate influencer and community engagement
- Work closely with Legal & Corp Affairs to align brand associations with Company values
- Ensure brand consistency across all outward-facing touchpoints
- Work closely with Taproom Manager on aligned programming
- Coordinate with Region on hosting/events.
- Labatt Field Sales Engagement

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- University Degree / College Diploma in Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills




- Demonstrates a collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage audiences and create meaningful brand connections for Banded Peak
- Ability to manage a team, along with a wide range of priorities and achieve results
- Plan and deliver Taproom and community initiatives and events from concept to execution
- Experience with content creation and community management on digital platforms
- Strong financial and leadership skills
- Experience working with customers/partners
- Valid Alberta Drivers License
