Position Overview
As a Pre-Construction Sales Representative, you will play an important role in promoting and selling upcoming new home developments. You will work directly with prospective buyers, real estate agents, and builder partners to guide clients through the purchasing process from initial inquiry through to contract execution.
This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, professional, and passionate about real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
Generate sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and real estate agents
Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Product Knowledge & Presentations
Present detailed information about new home communities including floor plans, features, pricing, and timelines
Guide buyers through available options and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
Client Experience
Provide a skilled and seamless customer experience
Assist buyers through the purchasing process from initial inquiry to contract signing
Ensure all documentation and transaction details are handled accurately
Market Awareness & Reporting
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Provide regular updates and reporting to management
Requirements
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (or currently completing licensing)
Previous sales experience, ideally in real estate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong organization and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
Experience in pre-construction or new home sales
Familiarity with real estate contracts and negotiations
Understanding of construction terminology and development timelines
Typical Sales Office Hours (days and hours vary based on location and need)
Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (3 of the 4 weekdays)
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
