Our client in Markham, ON, a boutique wealth management practice, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Branch Administrator to join their team in a fully in-office role. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality client experience, and supporting advisory functions within a close-knit, professional environment.
Compensation

- $60,000 – $65,000 base salary

Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact: answer phones, greet clients, and manage front-desk operations
- Manage calendars and coordinate client meetings (in-person and virtual), including scheduling, confirmations, and meeting preparation
- Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, prioritizing and responding to high volumes of client communication
- Support client servicing activities, including account opening, transfers, and maintaining accurate client records
- Prepare materials for portfolio reviews and assist with ongoing administrative tasks
- Perform light office management duties (opening/closing office,



managing supplies, maintaining meeting spaces)
- Assist with ad hoc projects and provide general operational support to the advisory team

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high email volume
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems
- Experience with Dataphile and Croesus is considered a strong asset
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a small team environment
- Interest in wealth management or financial services is an asset.
