Role Summary
The Reporting Analyst supports portfolio management by delivering reporting, analytics, and executive-level materials. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to monitor portfolio performance and provide insights across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports
- Develop executive-level presentations and reporting decks
- Perform variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting
- Maintain reporting tools and ensure data accuracy
- Support stakeholder communication and portfolio governance activities
- Assist with reporting processes, calendars, and documentation management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or project controls
- Strong skills in Excel and Power Point (Power BI preferred)
- Experience with portfolio/program reporting or PMO environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
