JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a qualified ERP Project Manager to support enterprise ERP implementation and optimization initiatives for a large-scale client program. This role will be responsible for leading ERP projects end to end, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders and ERP solution leadership.

The ERP Project Manager will act as the primary point of coordination between business users, senior ERP implementation and solution experts, and external partners. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent client-facing communication skills, and the ability to drive accountability through structured reporting, follow-up, and issue tracking. Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations is strongly preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of experience managing ERP implementation or ERP-related enterprise system projects

• Demonstrated ability to lead full lifecycle ERP projects, including planning, execution, reporting, and closeout





• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into executable project plans

• Proven experience leading status meetings, managing risks/issues, and reporting on project health

• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership

• Experience working closely with senior ERP Solution Architects and Implementation Leads

• Robust organizational skills with a focus on follow-up, task tracking, and accountability

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations

• Background working with ERP systems in finance, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments

• Experience coordinating with external system integrators or consulting partners

• Familiarity with ERP change management, user adoption, and training coordination

• PMP, PMP-equivalent, or other formal project management certification

• Experience managing ERP projects in mid-to-large enterprise environments
