Key Responsibilities

Application Design & Development

- Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications—from design to deployment and support
- Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and reusable frontend components
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Ensure applications are performant, secure, and maintainable

Backend, Data & Integration

- Design and manage relational and/or NoSQL databases and data models
- Develop integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms
- Implement reliable systems with logging, monitoring, and performance optimization

Cloud, Dev Ops & Deployment

- Own CI/CD pipelines, build, and release processes
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms and containerized environments
- Maintain engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and security

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
- Drive code reviews, technical discussions, and development planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience





- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proven track record of building production-grade applications
- Experience leading modules or small teams

Technical Skills

- Solid programming in Python and/or Java Script/Type Script
- Experience with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, Express
- Hands-on frontend development using React.js
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Experience with API design, authentication, and integrations
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Solid understanding of software design, testing, and secure coding practices

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes
- Exposure to distributed systems and data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with monitoring, caching, and messaging systems
- Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI applications (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Lang Chain, vector databases, or RAG frameworks is a plus
