1. Grow & Elevate Ontario Dealer Relationships

n

n
- Strengthen partnerships across Ontario through responsive communication and strategic account development
n
- Develop detailed dealer profiles to understand market niche, capabilities, and areas for growth
n
- Apply QSYS segmentation (Premier, Preferred, Select) to tailor engagement levels
n

n2. Lead High Impact Field Engagementn

n
- Plan a 4–6week Ontario travel schedule optimized around major dealers and territories
n
- Run memorable “Quick Pitch” meetings and product demos for AV designers, engineers, and decisionmakers
n
- Proactively meet recent team members within Ontario partner offices to broaden influence
n

n3. Become Ontario’s QSYS Technical Championn

n
- Master QSYS Designer, QLAN, AVCoverIP, gain structure fundamentals, EASE tools, and more
n
- Comfortably present technical concepts without an engineer present
n




- Set up and run Ontario based demos with confidence using your assigned demo kit
n

n4. Drive Strategic New Business in Ontarion

n
- Identify coverage gaps and evaluate whether potential Ontario partners align with growth strategy
n
- Attend Ontario industry events, integrator open houses, and AV focused tradeshows to build presence
n

n5. Own Territory Planning for Ontario (Excluding NCR)n

n
- Build a thorough plan to achieve sales targets and increase QSYS market share
n
- Identify geographic pockets within Ontario with new or underdeveloped opportunity
n
- Coordinate Ontario based training initiatives aligned with the 80/20 rule
n

n6. Deliver Clear and Strategic Reportingn

n
- Use Salesforce, Power BI, SSRS, and Microsoft 365 tools for insights
n
- Track not only revenue but key performance metrics such as margin, growth mix, and product category trends
n
