He has ADHD and ODD, so he does best with someone who is patient, consistent, and able to stay calm while setting clear, supportive boundaries.

When he connects with someone, hes incredibly engaging, funny, and loyal.

Our home also includes a friendly dog, so comfort around animals is important.

I work shift hours from 7 AM to 7 PM, and it takes me about 30 minutes to get home.

Reliability is really significant to me, as is having someone who can create a structured but positive environment after school and into the evening.

Im looking for someone who is understanding, grounded, and genuinely enjoys working with kids who may need a little extra support.
