We are seeking a strategic, people-first Operations Leader to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in building the next chapter of our firm. This is not an administrative role. This in-office position supports the day-to-day management of our Waterloo and Tillsonburg offices. The role will be primarily based in Waterloo, with periodic visits to the Tillsonburg office to support team collaboration and operational needs.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Partners, you will oversee firm-wide operations, ensuring scalability, consistency,
and operational excellence. You’ll lead our Operations team, strengthen systems and workflows, and elevate the client journey from first impression through long-term engagement.
You’ll sit at the leadership table — contributing insights, driving accountability, and helping turn firm-level decisions into consistent execution.
