Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and French
- Accurately process and manage order entries
- Coordinate with internal departments to support timely order fulfillment
- Maintain and update customer account information
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with order entry experience considered an asset
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical environments is an asset




- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards is an asset
