Description
- Perform rework and repair on SMT and through-hole assemblies
- Replace fine-pitch components (QFN, QFP, BGA) using microscope
- Operate and maintain soldering equipment and inspection tools
- Experience with IPC standards
Qualifications
- Experience in hand soldering and PCB rework
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Familiarity with SMT and through-hole components
