We are seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to work closely with an Account Manager and support administrative and operational follow‑up. This is a high‑volume, fast‑paced role at the crossroads of sales support, client coordination, and administration. The organization is entrepreneurial, relationship‑driven, and focused on service quality and long‑term partnerships.

The Role

You will support sales and account teams by ensuring accurate data management, smooth coordination, and timely follow‑up with clients and external partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and comfort working under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM
- Support sales follow‑ups, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders; manage follow‑ups and confirmations
- Manage calendars, meetings, documentation, and contracts
- Provide administrative and data‑entry support in cloud‑based systems
- Coordinate logistics, travel, and event‑related details when required
- Support the team with shifting priorities in a high‑volume environment

Profile Sought





- Experience in sales support, administration, or customer‑facing roles
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environments
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
- Curious, reliable, service‑minded, and team‑oriented

Technical Requirements

- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred; training will be provided)
- Strong computer skills and quick, accurate typing
- Comfortable with cloud tools, email, and calendar

Work Environment

- Full‑time, in‑office role
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1‑hour lunch)
- Occasional peak periods balanced within the month

Compensation & Benefits

- Open to junior and mid‑level candidates
- Base salary with eligibility for a quarterly team‑based bonus after 6 months
- 2 weeks’ vacation initially; 3 weeks after one year (negotiable)
