THE ROLE: Architect of American Market Domination

We seek an exceptional America Sales General Manager to architect and execute our American market penetration strategy. This is not a maintenance role—it is a battlefield command position for a strategic warrior who combines visionary thinking with relentless execution. You will build, inspire, and lead elite commercial teams across four continents, transforming regional presence into market leadership through innovative go-to-market models and aggressive customer acquisition.

- Strategic Market Architecture: Design and execute comprehensive 3-5 year regional growth strategies for Americas markets. Identify high-value market entry opportunities, M&A; targets, and strategic partnerships that accelerate market share capture in the global mining sector.
- Revenue Growth & P&L; Ownership: Own top-line revenue targets, driving both direct equipment sales and long-term service contracts. Develop innovative commercial models including performance-based agreements, risk-sharing partnerships, and integrated site solutions that differentiate our value proposition from legacy competitors.
- Elite Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performance regional sales directors and account teams across diverse cultural contexts. Instill a culture of aggressive goal achievement, accountability, and continuous innovation. Lead by example—this role demands visible presence in the field,



not boardroom management.
- C-Suite Relationship Mastery: Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with mining CEOs, COOs, Procurement VPs, and Fleet Managers at global majors and emerging mining contractors. Convert strategic relationships into long-term partnership agreements and exclusive supply arrangements.
- Competitive Intelligence & Innovation: Disrupt established market dynamics dominated by incumbent players through innovative pricing strategies, digital transformation of sales processes, and development of value-added service offerings. Monitor competitor movements and rapidly adapt tactics to exploit market vulnerabilities.
- Cross-Functional Command: Orchestrate seamless collaboration between Sales, Technical Service, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to ensure flawless customer experience. Champion customer feedback loops that drive product innovation and operational excellence.
